Here is Ichinoseki half marathon report.Thanks everyone who attended great trip.We stayed my extended family house in Iwate prf.It was great event.Don't miss it next year!

On the weekend 5 Nanban members raced the Ichnoseki Internatinal Half
Marathon.Ichnoseki is about 2 hours trip by shinkansen from Tokyo.
Rie, Chika, Jon, Tamami and Gerard all went the day before the race.
Rie's family was very hospitable to us all an we stayed at their home. The race course was enjoyable.Mainly flat with a slope here and there.Slight breeze also.But it was nice and cool.

一ノ関国際ハ-フマラソン 2008年9月28日の大会は良い経験です。一ノ関は新幹線で、東京から二時間半ぐらいかかります。本当の田舎です。そこで山の景色が少なくないし川もあるしそれに人達が優しいです。レ-スの前の日皆さんは東京から一ノ関へ行った。りえさんのご家族家に泊まりました。一ノ関に着ったから東京へ戻すまでりえさんのご家族親切にお世話になりました。レ-スのでる南蛮連合クラブ人達はりえさん、ちかさん、たまみさん、ジョンさんとジェラルド。コ-スは面白ろかったです。一般的にフラットでもあちこち色々坂がありました。しかもちょっと涼しかった風。レ-ス時は気持良かったから気温は16.9度そして湿度は61パセント、それで東京に住んでいる人嬉しかったです。その結果は走りやすいです。
南蛮連合人達よく頑張りました。
タイムはジョンとたまみ一緒に走った、たまみ自己ベスト一時間四十七分、ちか一時間三
十八分、りえ一時間三十二分、ジェラルド一時間十九分四十八秒。
皆さん、おめでとうございます、お疲れ様でした。

This course is quite good.There are a several slope and almost flat course. Despite this,I run miserable.I feel so easy until 10k point.Suddenly I've run out of gas at 13k point.I don't know why.It was mortifying failure.I always got swollen during marathon race.I don't think "over pace".Does anyones know it?
