Today is 30 degrees.I really hate summer day.
My tension snaped at 9.4k point and I was walking.
I thought this is not good so washing my face.
I felt a long time when last 5loops.
Fri: 15k (5×250m slope)

Sat: 8k easy jog
I knew I didn't run 15k..
Sun: Suika road race 5k
the paticipants 13,043 people(3km:632 people、5km:3,267people、10km:9,144 people)
5th my age group out of 999 people.
net time 19:44.(4th)
I got a big Suika.Yeah! :D

You seem to be doing a lot of running right before a 5km race!
15 km run on the Saturday! What is that for?

This race is a fun run for me because hot and humid and hilly and crowded.
My favorite target is "Mt Fuji Race"!!!
